1. With which corporation is Kenworth affiliated?

2. Is Kenworth the only dealership mentioned on this home page? If not, name any others mentioned.

3. From the home page, go to www.kenworth.com/kw/ and select Total Customer Service. Name the six services Kenworth offers to their customers.

4. Do you think the service Kenworth offers to their customers is an important consideration to a buyer? Write a paragraph answering this question, and support your opinions. Include the date of the information in your answer.
